DocMe360 is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Content Migration Lead to spearhead content migration efforts for a WordPress project with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
In this role, you will own the end-to-end process of auditing, mapping, coordinating, and migrating website content while ensuring accuracy, quality, and alignment with project goals.
You will engage with stakeholders across the organization to develop migration roadmaps, perform quality assurance, and facilitate a smooth transition to the new WordPress environment.
This role may be filled using a 1099, contract-to-hire, or W2 candidate.
All candidates must be US Citizens and currently reside in the United States of America.
Requirements:
Proven experience leading or executing website content migrations, preferably to or within WordPress.
Strong understanding of website content strategy, site architecture, and best practices for content mapping.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage complex projects, track tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience engaging with site owners and stakeholders.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outcomes, especially during content QA.
Familiarity with web technologies, including HTML and basic WordPress theme structures, is a plus.
Experience with project management tools or ticketing systems to track tasks and progress.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
