The Creative Administrator, Security Awareness Training, will report to the Head of UX and work remotely in the US.
This role involves creating and managing the creative strategy for the Security Awareness Training product.
The position includes acting as a team leader and people manager for a team of animators and artists.
Responsibilities include managing production artists, animators, and writers, guiding their career development, and enhancing their skills through mentorship.
The role requires close collaboration with the Head of Creative Strategy to establish the creative strategy and schedules for learning content.
The Creative Administrator will foster strong working relationships and facilitate information exchange by partnering with internal stakeholders across the organization.
The position also involves proposing and implementing innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes for more efficient content creation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of creative project administration or other relevant experience.
A minimum of 3+ years of people management and leadership experience is required.
Strong project management skills are necessary, particularly with tools like monday.com.
Expertise in managing the animation production process and related content is essential.
An understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite, is required.
Candidates should demonstrate a high level of creative originality and provide valuable insights for strategic business planning.
Familiarity with gamification and aligning marketing and brand principles is important.
A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects is required.
