  • The position also involves proposing and implementing innovative methods to enhance workflow and processes for more efficient content creation.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of creative project administration or other relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of people management and leadership experience is required.
  • Strong project management skills are necessary, particularly with tools like monday.com.
  • Expertise in managing the animation production process and related content is essential.
  • An understanding of graphic design principles and creative tools, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite, is required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate a high level of creative originality and provide valuable insights for strategic business planning.
  • Familiarity with gamification and aligning marketing and brand principles is important.
  • A portfolio demonstrating previous successful projects is required.
