  • The analyst will create and maintain thorough documentation of all models, methodologies, and assumptions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Researching and implementing innovative analytical techniques to improve predictive accuracy of risk models is part of the job.
  • Performing vintage and cohort analysis to evaluate the performance of different loan populations over time is required.

Requirements:

  • A BSc or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in risk analysis, compliance, or a related financial role is necessary.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and statistical methods are essential.
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry is required.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is necessary.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with strong data manipulation and analysis expertise is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration are essential.
  • The candidate must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
