  • The company is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Customer Experience (CX) Strategy & Operations team.
  • This role is ideal for someone passionate about uncovering insights, crafting compelling visual narratives, and understanding business operations.
  • The analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Support, Community, QA, Business Intelligence, Data Scientists, and Data Engineering.
  • Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to understand business goals, collecting and analyzing complex data sets, designing dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, writing SQL queries, investigating data anomalies, documenting data processes, and supporting strategic initiatives with data-backed insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a BI, analytics, or business operations role is required.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases are necessary.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is essential.
  • The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work is expected.
  • Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for understanding business operations beyond just the data is important.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating ambiguity is required.
  • Familiarity with data validation, data lineage, and collaboration with data engineering teams is necessary.
  • Experience in SaaS or customer experience-focused organizations, and exposure to tools like Salesforce, dbt, Databricks, and Gainsight are great but not required.
