The role requires collaboration with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects and acting as the voice of the customer internally.
The position is remote and requires the candidate to be based in Australia, working with APAC commercial and enterprise customers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a post-sales role, such as a technical account manager or customer success engineer, or as a data practitioner.
A solid technical background is required, including a firm understanding of modern data warehousing architectures and SQL proficiency.
Candidates should be comfortable presenting to various stakeholders and have experience in an externally facing role.
The ability to operate in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment is essential.
A desire to be an active team member and collaborate with Sales Directors and Solutions Architects is necessary.
Openness to travel for relationship building is required.
