Requirements:
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Post-Sales Engineering.
Strong collaboration skills are required, with experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data science teams.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are necessary, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience in writing and debugging scripts (Python, Ruby, Bash) and working with web technologies and APIs is essential.
A strong command of SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting is required.
