Voxel is hiring a Customer Solutions Engineer to act as a technical expert and partner in the customer onboarding process.
The role involves supporting the sales team by assessing customer environments, crafting tailored solutions, and ensuring seamless implementation of Voxel’s platform.
Responsibilities include delivering product demos, driving product adoption, facilitating technical assessments, and managing end-to-end execution of POCs.
The engineer will work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, Safety, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in sales engineering, project management, or systems engineering, particularly in safety technology integrations.
The ability to quickly learn and understand various camera systems is essential.
Experience in project managing large-scale technical integrations across different teams is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in hiring, training, and managing team members.
The role requires the ability to travel to customer sites for complex installations.
Familiarity with network security technologies, including HTTP, proxies, caches, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, and VPNs, is required.
Expertise with security camera and video surveillance systems is necessary.
Familiarity with safety programs, EH&S risk controls, and workplace safety metrics is preferred.
A background in value engineering or business case development for industrial tech is beneficial.
Certifications such as GSP, ASP, CSP, PMP, or Six Sigma are a plus.
