• The Data & AI Engineer will design, build, and scale AI-powered services to improve guest experiences through semantic analysis and trend prediction.
• Responsibilities include designing and operating AI features, applying data analysis techniques, collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing APIs, participating in product discovery, and mentoring others.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 6 years in data engineering and data science.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience in building reliable ETL/ELT pipelines are required.
• Solid knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, and natural language processing is necessary.
• Experience with relational and non-relational database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, or ClickHouse is essential.
• A working understanding of LLMs, including fine-tuning and applying them in production, is required.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, along with a DevOps mindset, is important.
• An experimental and iterative approach to work is expected.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in cross-functional teams are necessary.
• Fluency in English is required.
