The Data Analyst will drive business decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting patterns, insights, and trends to decision-makers.
This role will collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance.
The role will produce actionable reports that show key performance indicators, identify areas of improvement in current operations, and display root cause analysis of problems.
Expected duties include collaborating to build intuitive data visualizations that offer deep and actionable insights against complex and dynamic business challenges in the Fintech space.
The Data Analyst is expected to take ownership of the UX/UI experience delivered to clients across multiple data products.
The individual will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence tools.
The role will support and contribute to data collection efforts as needed.
The Data Analyst will be responsible for helping identify the business data needed to produce the most useful insights and future analytics.
The individual is expected to monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
Requirements:
The candidate should be able to work on problems of a moderate scope which are often varied and routine where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
The individual must be able to exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
The candidate should have the ability to apply learned techniques and contribute to analysis and investigation to solve problems.
The individual must have the ability to build productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions.
A Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience (or equivalent work experience) are required.
Hands-on experience with BI tools such as PowerBI or Tableau is necessary.
Experience with SQL is required.
