Remote Data Analyst/Administrative Support - Sales Department

Requirements:

• The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or operations role.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including skills in Power Query, VBA/macros, and complex formulas.
• Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex data insights in simple, actionable terms.
• Experience working in or supporting high-volume sales teams is essential.
• Familiarity with Convoso or similar outbound dialer platforms is strongly preferred.
• The candidate should have high attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
