This role will be responsible for analyzing sales performance data and generating reports from Convoso.
The position involves campaign setup and management within Convoso.
The candidate will assist the Sales Director with administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate has advanced Excel skills and a strong grasp of sales metrics and KPIs.

Requirements:
The candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a sales analytics, business intelligence, or operations role.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required, including skills in Power Query, VBA/macros, and complex formulas.
Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex data insights in simple, actionable terms.
Experience working in or supporting high-volume sales teams is essential.
Familiarity with Convoso or similar outbound dialer platforms is strongly preferred.
The candidate should have high attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
