Aibidia is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join the Research and Development team to enhance Aibidia's solutions.

The Data Analyst will contribute to transforming how large multinational companies manage transfer pricing processes.
The role involves delivering exceptional products to clients such as Nokia, Dyson, Bridgestone, and Olympus.
This position is based in Finland, with options to work from the Helsinki or Tampere offices, or remotely from the UK.
Key responsibilities include owning and evolving the embedded BI engine (Panintelligence), designing and developing scalable data models, maintaining dashboards and reports, training internal users, collaborating with data engineers, and improving BI architecture and workflows.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience in a BI Engineer, Analytics Engineer, or similar role, preferably in a growth-stage SaaS or scale-up environment.
Proven experience with BI tool development is required, particularly with tools like Panintelligence, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Strong skills in SQL and data modeling for analytics use cases are essential.
The ability to design and deliver reusable dashboards and reports while balancing standardization and flexibility is necessary.
Strong communication skills are required to train internal stakeholders on the use and extension of BI assets.
Candidates should be comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and implementation teams.
Familiarity with SaaS metrics and multi-tenant data models is a plus.
Experience with semantic layer tools or modeling frameworks (e.g., dbt) is desirable.
Some experience with cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and database development is beneficial.
Familiarity with ETL pipelines and collaboration with data engineering teams is a nice-to-have.
