Hydrow is seeking a Data Analyst to specialize in content and product analytics within their data team.
This role is essential for helping stakeholders understand customer engagement with the on-Rower experience and providing analyses to inform product and content roadmaps.
The analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Analytics and work alongside a team of three others.
Responsibilities include establishing a framework for evaluating content success, tracking and reporting KPIs, facilitating weekly recaps of core company KPIs, and ensuring team members can track performance through dashboard visualizations.
The analyst will also assist with ad hoc analyses to improve content delivery and work on developing a technology roadmap for customer data management.
Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in content analytics and be comfortable working with ambiguous data.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in dashboard and data visualization creation is required, with a proven track record of ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of data platforms and analytics tools, including BI expertise (Domo/Tableau), SQL, Python, and Excel, is necessary.
Candidates must be critical analytical thinkers, comfortable with collecting and analyzing data, and able to present solutions to cross-functional partners.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential, with the ability to prioritize projects with minimal supervision.
