• Key responsibilities include writing and optimizing queries across the MSSQL database, converting raw data into high-impact analysis, and designing intuitive dashboards.
• The analyst will translate complex data concepts into simple formats for internal and external users and work collaboratively with the Product team to define metrics and reporting standards.
• The role also involves contributing to the development of data-driven features within the EveryWatch platform and presenting findings to non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, ideally in a digital product or market-focused environment is required.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with MSSQL are necessary.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent is essential.
• A strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to design clean, user-friendly visual reports are required.
• Excellent communication skills, especially the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely, are a must.
• A curious mindset and passion for uncovering insights from data are important.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines are required.
• A creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills is essential.
• Knowledge of Python or other coding languages for scripting is a plus.
• Experience in the startup or venture capital space is a plus.
• An excellent level of spoken and written English is required.
• This is a fully remote position.
