The Data Analytics Engineer will be responsible for building and optimizing data pipelines, developing robust data models, and enhancing analytics capabilities.

Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in data/software engineering.
A minimum of 3 years of experience with multiple database systems such as Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Snowflake, Postgres, Redshift, or Databricks is necessary.
At least 2 years of experience in designing and building complex ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and schema design is required.
Advanced SQL expertise and a strong advocacy for data quality are essential.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and object-oriented programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, etc.) is needed.
Strong proficiency in Python or Scala and a passion for writing clean, supportable code are required.
High proficiency in building BI solutions using at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is necessary.
Experience with one of the major cloud technology providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) is required.
Familiarity with code collaboration and repository management tools (Bitbucket, GitHub, GitLab, etc.) is necessary.
Experience with data transfer technologies (APIs, Pub/Sub, etc.) is required.
Deep experience implementing various data warehousing concepts and methodologies, including snapshotting, incremental data loads, SCDs, and star schemas is necessary.
Experience with Databricks is preferred, and familiarity with healthcare data is a plus.
Candidates should possess analytical aptitude to think through business problems and metric development.
