The Data Analyst, Growth will be responsible for building and maintaining the marketing analytics infrastructure.
This role involves providing performance insights and ensuring accurate attribution across all marketing channels.
The position is critical for enabling data-driven decision making and optimizing marketing investments for maximum efficiency and growth.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining comprehensive marketing analytics infrastructure using GA4, GTM, Triple Whale, Looker, and other analytics tools.
The analyst will implement and manage tracking for all marketing channels including paid social, search, email, influencer campaigns, and offline marketing efforts.
They will develop and maintain attribution models to understand the complete customer journey, including top-of-funnel and offline touchpoints.
The role also includes implementing and managing Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) to optimize budget allocation across channels.
The analyst will create comprehensive dashboards and reports for marketing performance across all channels and conduct deep-dive analysis on campaign performance, customer acquisition, and lifetime value.
They will provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing spend and performance, monitor funnel performance, and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
The position requires managing and optimizing the marketing technology stack including Elevar, Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and other third-party tools.
The analyst will coordinate with IT and development teams on technical implementations and integrations and ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data governance best practices.
Cross-functional collaboration is essential, partnering with paid media teams, working with the VP of DTC to develop KPIs, and collaborating with finance teams on marketing ROI analysis.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 4-6 years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably for DTC or e-commerce brands.
Expert knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and digital marketing attribution is required.
Experience with Triple Whale and Looker for data analysis and visualization is necessary.
Candidates should have experience implementing and managing Marketing Mix Models (MMMs) for media optimization.
Familiarity with marketing technology platforms including Elevar, Klaviyo, and similar tools is essential.
Proven experience building dashboards and reporting systems for marketing teams is required.
Experience tracking top-of-funnel and offline marketing efforts and their impact on performance is necessary.
Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools is required.
Technical skills include expert proficiency with GA4, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager, as well as advanced experience with Triple Whale and proficiency with Looker.
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced analytics and automation is a plus.
Understanding of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on analytics is necessary.
