ICORP is seeking a Data Analyst with strategic vision and strong technical skills to transform large volumes of data into valuable and actionable insights.
The main objective of the position is to analyze, interpret, and transform large volumes of data to generate insights that drive operational efficiency and competitiveness within the organization.
Key responsibilities include receiving user development requests, documenting requirements, estimating delivery times, and developing solutions.
The analyst will also deliver developments to users and provide initial support.
Additionally, the role involves reviewing requirements and the functionality of existing developments, performing technical analysis and necessary updates, coordinating tests with end users, and documenting changes and deliveries.
Requirements:
A degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in similar data analysis or development support roles.
Technical English proficiency is necessary.
The position is home office based, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Technical knowledge required includes advanced SQL (queries, integration, modeling), advanced Microsoft Excel, advanced Power BI (data visualization), basic Python (scripting and automation), intermediate Power Automate, and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, CMMI).
Soft skills required include decision-making ability, business vision, time management, negotiation skills, and the ability to inspire others.
