Responsibilities include analyzing customer business reports, building dashboards for customers, supporting Customer Success Managers (CSMs) with complex implementations, and becoming an expert in the analytical capabilities of HockeyStack while training other team members.
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills are essential, as the role involves significant data work, accounting for 80% of success in the position.
Previous experience with SQL, BI systems, or Salesforce is a nice-to-have but not mandatory.
