The Data Analyst I position is remote and reports to the Manager of Integrations within the Implementation department.
The role involves developing analytic solutions for internal teams and external customers, focusing on business development, patient engagement, patient-reported outcomes, and performance intelligence.
Responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets, developing statistical models to uncover trends, and communicating findings through visualizations and reports.
The Data Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making and contribute to existing data pipelines.
The position requires assisting customer success teams with ad-hoc data and reporting requests.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, business, statistics, or a related field is required.
Deep knowledge of SQL, dbt, and Python is essential.
Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and visualization software is necessary.
Experience with a CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is required.
Candidates must be highly self-motivated with strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks while communicating progress is essential.
