The Data Analyst II role is a fully remote position based in Brazil, reporting to the Head of Data.
The Data team supports data-driven decision-making by collaborating with business and product teams.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards, analyzing datasets, translating business questions into data analyses, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data quality, and advocating for data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in business intelligence and/or data analysis.
Proven experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or related roles is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases is necessary.
Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma, Power BI, or similar is expected.
Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a drive to improve processes are essential.
Enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment with fast learning and deliveries is important.
Advanced English proficiency in conversational, listening, and writing skills is required.
Nice to have: Ability to perform data cleaning and processing using Python or R, and experience in data modeling.
