The role is for a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst within the Business Intelligence organization, focusing on the revenue cycle from account creation to payment.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, developing dashboards for non-technical users, ensuring data accessibility, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The analyst will automate billing processes, enhance data visibility, and track key claims metrics to improve revenue collection.
Success in this role is measured by the ability to help the RCM team meet their KPIs and reduce manual data handling.
Requirements:
Candidates must be passionate about mental health care and align with Spring Health's mission.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with data, data visualization, and dashboarding tools is required.
Experience with revenue cycle management or billing teams and revenue analytics is essential.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with dbt and Looker for data modeling and dashboard creation is necessary.
Strong user empathy and the ability to translate stakeholder issues into effective solutions are required.
Good communication skills are needed to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
