  • The Data Analyst will shape and lead the analysis practice by delivering the metrics that drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance for each client.
  • They will provide technical and team leadership and coaching for the database management team.
  • The position requires solving complex problems and developing solutions to unique tasks or projects using judgment and initiative.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience is required.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is necessary.
  • Candidates must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft products, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, are essential.
  • The ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members, employees, and management is required.
  • Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented.
  • A proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently are required.
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly is essential.
  • Candidates should be comfortable discussing algorithms and data structures and brainstorming about business opportunities.
  • Fluency in web-related technologies, including SQL, MongoDB, Tableau, and Google Analytics, is required.

Benefits:

  • The pay range for this position is $60,000-65,000/year, with base pay varying depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience.
