They are responsible for delivering reporting and analysis to drive business decisions to influence client strategy, sales effectiveness, and audience segmentation.
Essential tasks include performing analysis of workflows, data, system details, and other technical or business issues associated with marketing and student recruitment.
The role involves designing, implementing, and managing the business intelligence infrastructure.
The Data Analyst will shape and lead the analysis practice by delivering the metrics that drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance for each client.
They will provide technical and team leadership and coaching for the database management team.
The position requires solving complex problems and developing solutions to unique tasks or projects using judgment and initiative.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience is required.
A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is necessary.
Candidates must have an excellent understanding of Microsoft products, specifically Word and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills, are essential.
The ability to maintain effective working relationships with fellow team members, employees, and management is required.
Candidates must be organized and detail-oriented.
A proven ability to maintain a high standard of confidentiality and autonomy is necessary.
Strong attention to detail skills and the ability to work collaboratively and independently are required.
Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly is essential.
Candidates should be comfortable discussing algorithms and data structures and brainstorming about business opportunities.
Fluency in web-related technologies, including SQL, MongoDB, Tableau, and Google Analytics, is required.
Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $60,000-65,000/year, with base pay varying depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience.
