Curology is seeking a Data Analyst focused on Lifecycle Marketing to collaborate with the lifecycle team.
The analyst will drive customer engagement, improve retention, and maximize lifetime value through strategic analysis.
The role requires a combination of technical and analytical skills along with an understanding of customer behavior and campaign performance.
The analyst will act as an embedded resource on the lifecycle team, understanding customer journeys and campaign strategies to provide insights that influence decisions.
Responsibilities include defining and evolving core KPIs related to customer retention, engagement, churn, and lifetime value.
The analyst will own the development of dashboards, perform deep-dive analyses, guide experimentation efforts, and develop statistical models for personalization and targeting.
Collaboration with data engineering and product partners is essential to ensure accurate access to marketing data and to identify data gaps.
The analyst will seek optimization opportunities and enable ongoing learning through self-serve data tools and proactive reporting.
The role involves identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance across various channels and addressing root causes of performance shifts.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, Tableau, or Hex for data analysis and visualization are required.
A deep understanding of customer segmentation, funnel analysis, and LTV modeling is necessary.
Experience in A/B testing, including designing experiments and analyzing results, is essential.
Prior work in growth or product analytics, particularly with retention and churn prevention initiatives, is preferred.
Subscription experience is a plus.
Familiarity with ETL frameworks and collaboration with data engineers to address data quality issues is required.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
