Monarch is seeking a Data Analyst to support the growth and marketing teams.
The role involves enabling data-driven decision making by building timely and accurate dashboards and reports.
Responsibilities include analyzing marketing initiatives, monitoring performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and providing insights into business decisions.
The Data Analyst will support forecasting, budgeting, and growth modeling efforts.
The position requires analyzing user behavior and onboarding funnels, as well as building new datasets and maintaining existing data infrastructure.
The company operates fully remote, welcoming applicants from various locations, and emphasizes collaboration during specific hours while also embracing asynchronous work.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in a growth stage company.
A strong understanding of core marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS is required.
The ideal candidate should be naturally curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to balance speed and accuracy in problem-solving.
Applicants must be able to translate business needs into analytical requirements and explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders.
Expert level SQL skills are necessary, including the ability to create new tables and write clear code.
Experience with a business intelligence/data visualization tool, specifically Omni, is required for building reports and dashboards.
Familiarity with DBT or a similar data transformation tool is needed to create and refine data models.
Experience with in-platform marketing analytics tools such as Google Ads and Meta is also required.
