Description:

• OneImaging is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support Member Services operations.
• The role involves translating raw data into actionable insights to drive completion rates, optimize processes, and inform strategic decision-making.
• Responsibilities include building and enhancing dashboards using tools like Looker, Google Sheets, and BigQuery.
• The Data Analyst will monitor operational KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and support deep dives to uncover root causes.
• The position requires leveraging advanced spreadsheet functions for data manipulation and reporting.
• The analyst will identify gaps in the member journey to improve conversion and throughput.
• Collaboration with QA and Training teams is essential to identify trends and improve feedback loops.
• The role includes assisting in staffing and volume forecasting through trend analysis and historical performance review.
• Clear communication and presentation of insights in various formats are crucial.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare or a tech-enabled service organization.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools, particularly Looker, are required.
• High comfort level with Google Sheets and collaborative data tools is necessary.
• Clear written communication skills are essential for turning insights into actionable steps.
• A bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment is expected.
• Bonus skills include experience with SQL, Python, and machine learning libraries or workflows.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills are required.
• Experience working in a remote, asynchronous environment is preferred.
• Candidates must respect patient data privacy and adhere to HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• A proactive mindset and commitment to quality, speed, and scalability are essential.
• Preferred timezone coverage includes overlap with EST and partial or full overlap with U.S. business hours.
