The role involves supporting CRM hygiene, outbound event lead generation, rebooking top-tier clients, and optimizing event revenue.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a CRM system, auditing and standardizing client/event data, tracking private event inquiries, and providing event pipeline reporting.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of proven experience in data entry, CRM support, and operations.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is required.
Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, lookups, and dashboards, are essential.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills are necessary.
Proactive communication skills with excellent written English are a must.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks is required.
Nice-to-haves include a background in hospitality, events, or entertainment support roles, experience in building CRM systems from scratch, and familiarity with event booking platforms like TripleSeat.
