  • This role involves close collaboration with marketing and product teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer acquisition funnel conversion at scale.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance across various platforms, building and maintaining dashboards, supporting reporting cadences, evaluating tests, and optimizing marketing acquisition channels.
  • The analyst will also collaborate with marketing and finance for forecasting and budget planning, design and evaluate experiments, automate reporting workflows, and present insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital media analytics is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns is essential.
  • Candidates must have experience analyzing customer conversion funnels.
  • A strong command of SQL and experience working with large-scale marketing or customer datasets is necessary.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma is required.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV) and campaign tracking methods is needed.
  • Experience analyzing A/B experiments for statistical significance is important.
  • The ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset are required.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with incrementality testing and attribution models.
