The Performance Marketing Analyst will focus on delivering data-driven insights and measurement to optimize paid media campaigns and improve customer acquisition efficiency.
This role involves close collaboration with marketing and product teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer acquisition funnel conversion at scale.
Key responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance across various platforms, building and maintaining dashboards, supporting reporting cadences, evaluating tests, and optimizing marketing acquisition channels.
The analyst will also collaborate with marketing and finance for forecasting and budget planning, design and evaluate experiments, automate reporting workflows, and present insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or digital media analytics is required.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns is essential.
Candidates must have experience analyzing customer conversion funnels.
A strong command of SQL and experience working with large-scale marketing or customer datasets is necessary.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Sigma is required.
A solid understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CVR, LTV) and campaign tracking methods is needed.
Experience analyzing A/B experiments for statistical significance is important.
The ability to clearly communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset are required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with incrementality testing and attribution models.
