Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the property or housing sector, is necessary.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets are required.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders are necessary.
  • A high attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality are essential.
