  • The position is for a Data Analyst in the Data & Analytics team, focusing on leveraging customer data to inform risk models and uncover sales optimization opportunities.
  • Responsibilities include identifying patterns and trends that signal sales opportunities and potential product improvements.
  • The Data Analyst will monitor KPIs for credit performance, product performance, and customer retention.
  • The role involves partnering with risk management, product, and sales leadership to translate analytical insights into strategic initiatives.
  • The analyst will provide ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Clear and compelling data visualizations and presentations will be prepared to communicate findings to non-technical teams.
  • The position requires using Git/GitLab for version control and collaborative code reviews, as well as containerizing analytical applications with Docker for reproducibility.
  • This is a full-time remote position.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Python, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, Pydantic, FastAPI, and Pytest.
  • Advanced SQL querying skills in PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MS SQL.
  • Experience with analytical notebooks/environments such as Jupyter or Google Colab.
  • Proficiency in version control using Git/GitLab.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
