Responsibilities include partnering with finance to detect discrepancies in budgets, collaborating on metrics and business reviews, and providing insights from financial data.
The analyst will develop presentations with in-depth analysis and actionable recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure data quality.
Additional tasks include conducting research, developing data solutions, analyzing cost structures, and providing recommendations for resource allocation and expense reduction.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
Candidates must have 3-4 years of proven experience in data analysis, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or Tableau is necessary.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills are required to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Experience with large datasets and knowledge of data warehousing concepts and techniques is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required, along with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
