Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred) is required.
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets is necessary.
  • The ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages like Python or R is preferred.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows is a plus.
  • Experience with data governance and metadata documentation is necessary.
  • A commitment to privacy and compliance standards, with HIPAA familiarity preferred, is required.
  • Preferred experience includes working in healthcare, public health, or with social determinants of health data, and experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred).
