The organization is seeking a Healthcare Data Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
The role involves collecting, validating, transforming, interpreting, and visualizing data to inform decision-making processes.
The Data Analyst will use SQL and data visualization tools to turn raw data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to define metrics, cleaning datasets, performing analyses, and creating dashboards and reports.
The position is remote and only open to US-based candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3β5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL (preferably BigQuery) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred) is required.
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets is necessary.
The ability to translate complex data findings into clear business recommendations is essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages like Python or R is preferred.
Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows is a plus.
Experience with data governance and metadata documentation is necessary.
A commitment to privacy and compliance standards, with HIPAA familiarity preferred, is required.
Preferred experience includes working in healthcare, public health, or with social determinants of health data, and experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred).

The salary for this role is set at $139,244 per year.
