Requirements:

  • You must have 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred) is required.
  • Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets is necessary.
  • You should be able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages such as Python or R is preferred.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows is a plus.
  • Knowledge of data governance and metadata documentation is required.
  • A commitment to privacy and compliance standards, with HIPAA familiarity preferred, is necessary.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare, public health, or working with social determinants of health data, and experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred).
