Requirements:
You must have 3β5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong proficiency in SQL (BigQuery preferred) and data visualization tools (Metabase preferred) is required.
Experience with data cleaning, transformation, and analysis of large datasets is necessary.
You should be able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential.
Familiarity with statistical analysis or scripting languages such as Python or R is preferred.
Exposure to predictive analytics or AI/ML workflows is a plus.
Knowledge of data governance and metadata documentation is required.
A commitment to privacy and compliance standards, with HIPAA familiarity preferred, is necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience in healthcare, public health, or working with social determinants of health data, and experience with cloud-based data platforms (GCP preferred).
