Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience in analytics or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying, calculations, and visualization is required.
• Experience with statistical analysis, data wrangling, and generating actionable insights from large datasets is necessary.
• The ability to communicate analytical results clearly to stakeholders at all technical levels is essential.
• Candidates should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI) and ETL processes is a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, cloud environments (AWS preferred), and healthcare data is desirable.
• Knowledge of quality improvement or risk adjustment processes in healthcare is advantageous.
