Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, public health, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have 2+ years of work experience, preferably in the healthcare or government data sector.
  • Strong skills in SQL and hands-on experience with large, complex datasets are necessary.
  • Working knowledge of SAS, R, Stata, Python, or SQL is required, especially for manipulating large administrative health data files.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns, inconsistencies, or data issues is essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed to work effectively with both technical teams and policy-focused stakeholders.
