Remote Data Analyst, Social Media

• Our client, a leader in the Tech industry, is looking for a Social Media Data Analyst to join their team.
• This role will be at the forefront of analyzing and interpreting complex data sets across various social media platforms and brands.
• You will be expected to utilize advanced analytics tools to monitor trends, measure campaign performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the brand’s online presence and play a pivotal role in shaping the social media strategy.

• You should have a proven track record of working with large data sets and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely.
• A deep understanding of social media metrics and the latest industry trends is essential.
• This is a contract position through June 30, 2026, with a high chance to extend per the client's request.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in research and insights is required.
• You should have 3-5+ years of social media analytics and insights experience, with tech experience being a plus.
• Expertise with market-leading social media tools is necessary, with Sprinklr experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with Teams and AI tools is a plus.
• You must be a multi-tasker who is highly organized, meticulous, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with being an expert storyteller and communicator.
• You should be comfortable making client presentations and defending data as needed.
