  • Workana is seeking a part-time Senior Data Analyst for a long-term cybersecurity project for a client.
  • This role combines strong technical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights that create real impact on the marketing team.
  • Key responsibilities include analyzing digital and web performance, identifying trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.
  • The analyst will create and maintain global, regional, and campaign-level dashboards and reports.
  • They will analyze SEO rankings, organic traffic, and propose improvements.
  • The role involves designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests to optimize conversion.
  • The analyst will configure and manage analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics GA4, Tag Manager, Power BI, SEMrush, and HubSpot.
  • Collaboration with marketing, content, design, and SEO teams to implement data-driven improvements is essential.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital/web analysis, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Power BI, SEMrush, HubSpot, Tableau, or similar.
  • Experience in SEO, marketing automation, and A/B testing is required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in demand generation, marketing analytics, or ROI reporting is desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for content and analysis support is a plus.

Benefits:

  • This is a long-term project lasting 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
  • The salary is up to USD 1,500 per month.
  • The position is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week.
