Description:

• Ten is seeking a Data Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join their data team.

• Responsibilities include developing and maintaining SQL/Snowflake queries, designing interactive Tableau dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, automating reports, performing exploratory data analysis, and supporting ad-hoc data requests.
• The position requires strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or BI development roles.
• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, data/business analytics, statistics, or a related field is required.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake is necessary.
• Strong skills in Tableau with a portfolio demonstrating business impact are essential.
• Working knowledge of Python for data manipulation, automation, or basic analytics tasks is required.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly.
• Experience in data visualization best practices and performance tuning of dashboards is preferred.
