  • The role involves translating complex analytical data into clear, concise business insights for product, marketing, and design stakeholders.
  • The candidate will partner with marketing and optimization teams to evaluate A/B tests, personalization strategies, and campaign performance.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity by validating analytics setups, monitoring tagging via Google Tag Manager (GTM) or Adobe Launch, and resolving discrepancies is also a key responsibility.
  • The Data Analyst will identify emerging user behavior trends through heatmaps and session recordings using tools like Hotjar to drive UX/content improvements.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams to implement proper event tracking and measurement protocols aligned with business objectives is essential.

Requirements:

  • The candidate must have 7+ years of experience in digital or web analytics with a proven track record of delivering business-impacting insights.
  • Proficiency in enterprise analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Adobe Analytics is required.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of digital experience KPIs, conversion metrics, and user journey mapping is essential.
  • The ability to synthesize complex datasets into digestible formats and actionable insights is required.
  • Familiarity with tagging frameworks and digital data layer structures using GTM or Adobe Launch is necessary.
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for data manipulation and validation are required.
  • Exposure to behavioral analysis tools such as Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or similar is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
