Zipliens is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Data Analyst to help drive data processes forward.
The Data Analyst will serve as a key contributor across active client projects, partnering with internal and external teams to deliver actionable insights and robust data solutions that support Mass Tort operations, with a strong emphasis on lien resolution workflows.
This role requires prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien resolution space.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a track record of owning data workflows, and a passion for improving systems at scale.
Requirements:
The candidate must have 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Excel is required; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Prior experience in the personal injury, mass tort, or lien processing industry is required.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a thoughtful approach to downstream impacts are essential.
The candidate should be comfortable balancing multiple projects and working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
Professionalism, self-sufficiency, and readiness for remote work are expected.
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field is preferred.
