SysLogic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies due to organizational growth.
The role involves assessing, designing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics solutions using Microsoft's suite of tools and technologies.
The Data Analytics Architect will transform complex data into actionable insights, driving business growth and supporting decision-making processes.
This position requires active participation in new opportunity pursuits and collaboration with the Director, Delivery Experience and Application and Analytics Business Solution Advisor.
Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing end-to-end data analytics architectures, and leading comprehensive reviews of existing data architectures.
The architect will implement data integration pipelines, create interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, and ensure data security and compliance.
The role also involves mentoring team members and keeping abreast of advancements in data analytics technologies.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desired, or applicable professional experience; a Master's degree in data science or analytics is a plus.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Power BI Data Analyst Associate are advantageous.
Candidates should have ten or more years of professional experience as a Data Analytics Architect or Senior Data Integration Developer with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
Candidates should demonstrate curiosity and adaptability to meet clients' growing needs and challenges.
A strong professional presence in interactions with all levels of the organization and client environments is required.
Superior customer service focus and the ability to resolve communication or technical issues are necessary.
Experience in facilitating requirements elicitation and brainstorming sessions is important.
Candidates should have advanced experience in designing needs-focused solutions and mentoring team members.
