  • CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a System/Data Architect Subject Matter Expert for a contract within the Department of Defense (DoD) at USTRANSCOM in support of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) for the Joint Transportation Management System (JTMS).
  • The role involves supporting the TRANSCOM domain through the application of Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) expertise.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to collect data and conduct modeling and analysis of technology resources.
  • The candidate will apply analytical techniques to recommend technical solutions that help the organization’s IT portfolio achieve its objectives.
  • The position requires maintaining and developing solution architecture including Operational, System, Capabilities, and Standard DoDAF Views.
  • The candidate will work closely with the requirements team and the client to effectively translate between business communities and technical communities.
  • Duties include assessing and adapting operational, system, data, services, and capabilities architecture views to meet program objectives, applying BPMN and BPM methodologies, preparing and delivering planning tools and presentations, facilitating BPR sessions, and performing detailed fit-gap analysis.
  • The expected salary range for this position is $135,000 - $155,000.
  • This position is contingent on contract award.
  • The work environment includes moderate to occasional loud noise and requires the ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
  • Physical demands include sitting, standing, talking, and hearing, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities.
  • Minimal travel (0-10%) is expected for this role.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position.
  • Candidates must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Enterprise architecture is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture using DoDAF is necessary.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with system analyses, requirements engineering, or systems integration.
  • A minimum of 3 years of ERP systems experience is required.
  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience with developing BPMN models.
  • The ability to apply core expertise toward business and IT transformation of large organizations is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate the ability to adapt and learn quickly in a complex and dynamic client environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Candidates must be able to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
