Requirements:

• Candidates must have 15+ years in security, including 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure or datacenter programs with a global scope.
• A proven track record in protecting hyperscale, colocation, or hybrid environments against sophisticated adversaries is required.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining multidisciplinary security teams across time zones and cultures is essential.
• Deep knowledge of security design and operations, including host-level hardening, network segmentation, and IAM/PAM, is necessary.
• Strong familiarity with control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, along with experience driving compliance in regulated environments, is required.
