  • Demonstrated success in recruiting, developing, and retaining multidisciplinary security teams across time zones and cultures is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of security design and operations, including host-level hardening, network segmentation, and IAM/PAM, is necessary.
  • Strong familiarity with control frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, along with experience driving compliance in regulated environments, is required.
