Remote Data Delivery Lead

Description:

• Mindera is seeking a Delivery Manager with a strong technical background to join their world-class team.
• The role involves leading a team of developers to craft solutions for a high-profile video gaming client using Agile methodologies and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Responsibilities include being involved in the product life cycle, gathering and refining playable requirements, and ensuring constant progress and alignment through solid communication with stakeholders.
• The position requires experience working with development teams and acting as the first point of contact for clients and business stakeholders.
• Expected travel time is between 0%-15%, varying according to project/client, and involves working with teams across different time zones and locations.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies is required.
• Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in domains such as interactive media, SaaS, cloud infrastructure, or analytics-driven platforms.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience directly working with engineering teams is necessary.
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of data concepts, including raw streaming data, data modeling, and metadata, is essential.
• Candidates must possess the ability to work with engineers to scope, size, and break down work based on requirements.
