The role involves collaborating closely with a Delivery Manager, supporting project teams, and making hands-on contributions to the codebase.

Responsibilities include supervising and guiding team members, acting as a mentor, scoping and planning work effectively, contributing to knowledge sharing, and driving innovation.
Requirements:
You must have 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as Data Engineer, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.
Hands-on expertise with dbt and a modern data warehouse like Snowflake or BigQuery is required, along with Kimball modeling experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and clients simultaneously is essential.
Proficiency in analytical SQL is necessary, with a clear understanding of efficient SQL performance.
Experience in translating business requirements into impactful technical solutions is required.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex ideas in simple terms to diverse audiences.
You should have the capacity to manage multiple concurrent engagements and keep stakeholders aligned.
