Requirements:

• Candidates should have 2–3 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data analytics, or software engineering, which can include professional work, internships, co-ops, or project-based experience.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and comfort in writing queries against large datasets are required.
• Exposure to Python, data engineering workflows, or cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
• An interest in distributed systems, blockchain networks, or network infrastructure is important.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• A willingness to learn quickly is expected; experience with data engineering tools like Airflow, dbt, Kafka, or Spark is a plus but not required.
• Candidates should have a startup mindset, being willing to experiment and iterate on imperfect systems.
