Description:
FocusKPI is looking for a Data Engineer on W2 to join a high-tech SaaS company.
The role involves developing an internal AI platform for SPRiTEs GPT to enhance clients' writing feedback and managers' writing reviews.
This AI tool will integrate with the client's HC system, helping managers summarize feedback and impact from existing data within Workday.
The platform will enable managers and employees to explore their career frameworks and ask queries using available data.
The project aims to save the client over 1,000 hours per year by streamlining the performance review process and improving the overall experience.
The position is remote, available to candidates anywhere in the US, excluding New York City metro, San Francisco metro, and Seattle metro.
The contract duration is 12 months, with a pay range of $41/hr to $47/hr.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
A BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is required.
At least 3 years of experience in Python development is necessary.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with SQL and SparkSQL.
Experience in schema design, dimensional data modeling, and medallion architectures for at least 3 years is required.
Familiarity with the Databricks platform and data lake architectures for large-scale data processing and analytics is essential.
Candidates must have experience in designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems.
