3Pillar is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team and contribute to software development projects that leverage cutting-edge technologies for data-driven decision making.
The role involves understanding business requirements, writing code, implementing solutions, managing versioning and changes, building and maintaining ETL processes, ensuring data quality, and debugging data processes.
The Data Engineer will work collaboratively within a dynamic team to reshape data analytics for clients, providing them with a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
Candidates must have expertise in SQL, Python, ERD, and GCP (including BigQuery, GCS, Cloud Function, Composer) with active hands-on experience in the last 3 to 5 years.
Knowledge of modern data technology released in the last 2 to 3 years is required.
The role requires the ability to design and optimize conceptual and logical database models, analyze system requirements, implement data strategies, and ensure efficiency and security.
Candidates should have experience improving system performance through testing, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.
An in-depth understanding of database structure principles and expertise in implementing and maintaining data pipelines is necessary.
Deep knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques is required, along with 10+ years in data modeling and 3+ years in Big Data (100TB+).
Familiarity with data visualization tools is also a requirement.
