  • The position requires working with various technologies and cloud services, supported by a tech lead.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have prior experience in the genealogy industry, such as ancestry research or family history services.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience using Python in a production environment is required.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Airflow, including DAGs, operators, and scheduling, is necessary.
  • Experience with Docker or other OCI-compatible container frameworks is essential.
  • Proficiency in Git and standard version control workflows, including branches and pull requests, is required.
  • Candidates must have experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Comfort with data formats like CSV and JSON, and understanding data flow across systems is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset are essential for this role.
