We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Engineer to lead the onboarding and implementation process for our enterprise clients.
This role bridges the gap between data management, client success, and operations, playing a key role in ensuring data accuracy, streamlining onboarding workflows, and delivering a seamless experience from initial contact to go-live.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams across Engagement, Business Development, Operations, and Engineering to support strategic data initiatives and elevate client satisfaction.
Own and manage the end-to-end data onboarding and implementation process for large enterprise clients.
Liaise with clients and investment managers to gather documentation, confirm data flows, and support onboarding milestones.
Analyze and reconcile complex investment datasets to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
Monitor, track, and enhance the breadth and quality of data collected for both internal use and client reporting.
Work closely with the Client Engagement Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely implementations.
Investigate, flag, and troubleshoot data issues, performing root cause analysis and driving resolution.
Assist in the preparation of detailed implementation updates, project timelines, and client-facing status reports.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve data workflows, documentation practices, and onboarding operations.
Requirements:
2β4 years of experience in client onboarding, data analysis, implementation, or a similar operational role is required.
Proficient in SQL, G-Suite (especially Sheets), and tools such as Intercom, Apollo.io, Hubspot, and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
Experience working with spreadsheets, Pricebooks, invoices, and structured datasets is essential.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with an eye for data accuracy and process optimization are necessary.
Excellent communication skills and comfort interfacing with enterprise clients and external partners are required.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate across departments is essential.
Python experience is a must-have.
