  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL is required, along with experience using dbt to build data pipelines.
  • Expertise with relational, NoSQL, and cloud database technologies is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks, including Delta Lake and Spark SQL, is expected.
  • Strong knowledge of data-warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT design is essential.
  • Experience in performing root-cause analysis on datasets to answer business questions is required.
  • A proven history of manipulating and extracting value from large, disconnected datasets is necessary.
  • Basic understanding of performance tuning and optimization for data systems is preferred.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is important.
  • Healthcare-domain experience is a plus.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated and take ownership of assigned tasks while seeking guidance when necessary.
