Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2–5 years of industry experience in a data engineering or analytics engineering role.
• Strong Python skills for scripting and automation tasks are required.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency with dbt and Git are necessary.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is essential.
• Exposure to event-based data systems or streaming architectures is preferred.
• Understanding of data architecture, dimensional modeling, and performance tuning is required.
• Experience with CI tests, monitoring pipelines, and debugging data issues independently is necessary.
• Candidates should have experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
• A bonus would be prior exposure to HIPAA or healthcare data.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization, and attention to detail are essential.
• Candidates must be comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment and possess creative problem-solving skills.
• The ability to learn new technology systems quickly and work both autonomously and collaboratively is required.
